Three students from the faculty of engineering representing the committee of UNMC-IEM student chapter (2013/14) were invited by ELP Monash to attend the Engineering Leadership Program 2013 Leadership Summit on 26th November 2013 at Monash University, Sunway Campus. They were Jordan Chia Wei Jian (President UNMC-IEM), Josh Lau Aik Huan (Vice President), Chu Xue Ying (Secretary) and Low Yen Wei (Head, industrial talk).
The purpose of this program is to stimulate and inspire future leaders among the high performing engineering undergraduate students. Three workshops were organized for the participants namely i) Personal development and employability ii) Critical thinking and iii) Standing out from the crowd. Three keynote talks were presented on green building index, sustainable & green technologies and the greater KL project in this event.
